TODO legal: the provider's legal name and address, and the governing law.

TODO legal: using the service

TODO legal: acceptable use, what may be fetched or proxied, and what happens to an account that breaks the rules.

payment

Plans renew at the end of each period and are paid from the saved card or the account balance; pay-as-you-go use is paid from the balance. Every charge is on the billing pages, with its invoice.

An account Syphoon has agreed to bill by hand pays its bills by bank transfer or crypto payment instead of a card, quoting the bill's number. A bill is marked paid once the money has arrived; we record the payment's reference and the date it arrived, and the reference is replaced by a one-way code if the account is ever erased.

TODO legal: refunds, disputes, taxes and price changes.

closing your account

The account owner can delete the account from the account page at any time. It closes at once; its personal data is erased after a 30-day grace period unless the owner signs in and keeps it, and later only while something must be settled first — an unpaid bill (which must be paid, or cancelled or written off by support), a refund owed, a card dispute or a payment support is still sorting out. The billing e-mail and card record are kept until 120 days after the last card payment, for chargeback defence, and invoices for as long as tax law requires.

When Syphoon closes an account, it stays closed. Its data is kept until its owner asks for the erasure — by signing in, where they can also download a copy of the data, or by writing to support at TODO legal: the support e-mail address. The privacy policy says what is kept and for how long.

TODO legal: suspension and termination by the provider, and what is owed on closure.

TODO legal: liability and warranties
